Great food, great service . The long blacks are on point and the dishes delicious. I've eaten both the prawn toast , very tasty, and the Turkish eggs I could have had a second plate. Highly recommended

Let me just say it upfront — Crowded House Café isn’t just Williamstown’s best café, it’s arguably one of the best in the entire west. Muslim-owned and halal-friendly, yes — but what truly sets them apart is the unmatched service and genuine warmth you feel as soon as you walk in. Every single staff member is attentive, friendly, respectful, and professional. The energy here is just different — they take pride in what they do, and it shows in everything from the service to the food and coffee. Now onto the coffee — hands down the best in town, and I’m not even open to debate on that. Consistently rich, smooth, and made to perfection every single time. For food, we ordered the baked eggs and I had the scrambled eggs with avo, sujuk, and beef bacon — and let me tell you, this is how brunch should be done. The baked eggs were creamy, flavourful, and served bubbling hot with sourdough — absolutely divine. As for my plate, I can confidently say it was one of the best café breakfasts I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and rich, the smashed avo added the perfect creamy touch, and the sujuk was crispy, salty, and bursting with flavour. The beef bacon tied everything together beautifully — all served on fresh sourdough that soaked up all that goodness. Portions are generous, flavours are on point, and the quality is consistent every time we visit. Whether it’s the food, the coffee, or the top-tier service — Crowded House delivers on all fronts. Crowded House Café is one of the best spots in town! The atmosphere is lively yet cozy — perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet coffee break. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, even during busy hours. Their coffee is consistently rich and smooth, and the food menu never disappoints — everything tastes fresh and beautifully presented. I especially love their breakfast options and the attention to detail in every dish. Overall, Crowded House offers great quality, warm vibes, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great café experience!

The most delicious VEGAN Smashed Avo with juicy mushrooms on the side. Great coffee too. The chef was very amenable to swapping out feta for mushrooms.

I’m not from the area, but I visited Williamstown this morning with a local friend who brought me to Crowded House—and I’m so glad she did! We had such a positive experience. The coffees were beautifully made, and both of the dishes we ordered—the Turkish eggs and the corn fritters—were absolutely delicious. I genuinely think those Turkish eggs were the best I’ve ever had. They were packed with flavour, perfectly portioned, and came with warm pita bread on the side. I’ll definitely be making a return trip to this spot as soon as I can!

Good coffee. Most impressed with chicken and avocado panini. Plenty of space to dine in too. Very friendly service.

Lovely food, the room was a bit lout but it was a Sunday morning so what can I expect. The waiters were super attentive and we had a great time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 My partner and I had brunch at Crowded House Café in Williamstown today, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even though the café was fairly busy, we were seated right away in their beautiful courtyard at the back. The weather was perfect, and sitting outside in the sunshine with just the right breeze made the whole setting feel extra special. I started with an iced matcha latte (so refreshing!) while my partner went with a Coke Zero. For food, I ordered the grilled chicken fattoush salad, and my partner had the wagyu beef burger with thick-cut steak fries. I’m normally a shoestring-fries person, but these thick-cut fries were exceptional—crispy, golden and perfectly seasoned. My grilled chicken fattoush salad was honestly one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The chicken was grilled perfectly—juicy, tender and full of flavour—paired with a Middle Eastern dressing that absolutely stole the show. It added flavours I’ve never experienced before, and the whole salad was light, refreshing and beautifully balanced. I loved every bite. My partner really enjoyed his wagyu burger too—juicy, flavourful and well made. He did mention he misses their old lamb burger from a few years back, but even with menu changes, the current burger is still excellent. Service was fantastic as always—attentive, warm and professional. A special shout-out to the owners, Lukey and Mohammad, who always create such a welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about making people’s day. Amazing food, great staff, beautiful vibes and consistently good coffee—Crowded House Café never disappoints. Highly recommend!
